Had beef at the restaurant every year for the past 5 years. I think i should give this a good review. First time i heard about hida beef is from this restaurant and it was marvellous. I dun think they sell this anymore. Having said that, i missed hida beef due to typhoon and this restaurant never fail me before flying out of Japan. Ordered the Ribeye today and the caramel taste is awesome!!!
